The bolt-on mahogany neck has a fast and easy playing 60s SlimTaper Rounded C profile that makes practice sessions and jamming a joy, and a sculpted heel joint for improved upper fret access. The headstock features the popular 60s Kalamazoo shape and is outfitted with quality die-cast tuning machines, and the bound laurel fretboard is outfitted with 22 medium jumbo frets and adorned with pearloid trapezoid inlays. The Les Paul Tribute Plus is equipped with an Epiphone LockTone ™ Tune-O-Matic bridge and LockTone Stop Bar tailpiece for easy adjustment of string height and intonation, and both contribute to this model's excellent sustain. The Epiphone Les Paul Tribute is powered by a pair of Epiphone humbucker™ pickups, with an Epiphone 650R in the neck position and an Epiphone 700T in the bridge position. Both pickups are equipped with powerful ceramic magnets for strong, full-bodied tone, and under the nickel covers, they have zebra pickup coils.
